Elcio de Figueiredo Silva is a Carlson Gracie black belt and pioneer of BJJ in Santos, Brazil. He founded Integracao Jiu Jitsu academy and mentored top competitors including Rodrigo Cavaca and Marcus Buchecha Almeida.
