Tainan Dalpra

Tainan Dalpra is a three-time IBJJF World Champion and the current P4P #1 ranked grappler. He relocated from Florianopolis, Brazil to California at age 14 as one of the first athletes in AOJ's Believe & Achieve scholarship program. After an unprecedented 57-match undefeated IBJJF streak at black belt, a controversial DQ at the 2024 Worlds, and a broken hand, he completed the rare IBJJF Grand Slam in 2025, winning all four major tournaments in a single year.
