Eduardo Dias is a fifth-degree black belt and Garra BJJ head coach who created the Mindset & Development class.

Biography

Eduardo Dias is a fifth-degree black belt and Garra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy head coach at Kelvin Grove, where he created the academy’s Jiu-Jitsu Mindset & Development class. According to Garra, the class uses drills, positional constraints, and guided scenarios to develop awareness, strategy, and adaptation. At Garra, Jason Miller says he began his BJJ journey under Dias, while Michael Pegg says Dias awarded him a black belt in 2018. Arte Suave’s biography of Anker Fuglsang places Fuglsang’s training at Garra under Dias in 2005 and records a black-belt award under Dias in 2011.
