Giancarlo Bodoni is a two-time ADCC World Champion at 88kg (2022, 2024) who trained under Rilion Gracie before joining John Danaher's New Wave team in Austin. Not a child prodigy -- he traveled the country sleeping on couches seeking the best training -- Bodoni developed into one of submission grappling's preeminent technicians after filling his leg lock gaps under Danaher. He signed with ONE Championship in 2025 for his middleweight debut.
