Victor Honório is a jiu-jitsu black belt under José Honório Filho of CT Honorio who, traditionally, represents GF Team at an international level. On May 2015 Honório turned many heads his way after reaching the final of Copa Pódio's Heavyweight Grand Prix, one of the main professional events on the jiu-jitsu circuit at the time, defeating many well-established black belts despite being a brown belt. Once he did reach the black belt, Victor maintained his status as one of the top ultra-heavyweight competitors of his generation.
