Nadia Frankland (born October 2002 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian no-gi grappler best known for winning gold in the female adult black belt 66 kg (Middle) division at the 2024 IBJJF Pan No-Gi Championship. The title came in her rookie year as a black belt, where she reached the top of the podium by controlling the top position, taking the back, and finishing with a submission.
Frankland began training in 2015 at Peninsula MMA in Melbourne, where she has been coached by Jeroen Lynders throughout her development. Lynders promoted her to black belt on 7 June 2024, and Peninsula MMA was her competition team during the promotion and the Pan No-Gi title run that followed. She has also listed Absolute MMA in Melbourne among her home gyms.
Her results across 2024 established her among the emerging names in women's no-gi competition. In addition to the Pan No-Gi gold, she took silver in her division at the 2024 IBJJF World No-Gi Championship, competing against established opponents in her first season at the top belt.
As of 2025, Frankland's IBJJF competition affiliation is listed as Atos JJ International, reflecting a later change of competition team for international events, while Peninsula MMA and Jeroen Lynders remain her original academy and instructor.
