Jean Harold Audebert

The 2023 St. Barths Open report places Jean Harold Audebert second for SXM BJJ in boys’ gi.

Biography

Jean Harold Audebert earned a jiu-jitsu stripe at SXM BJJ’s post-Irma youth graduation in December 2017. He also received a white-and-yellow Muay Thai armband, presented by Akeem Lewis under Marco London’s supervision. The Daily Herald’s January 2019 account places him among the white-and-grey-belt recipients at the school’s December graduation. Families and friends watched technique demonstrations before sparring. Melissa Bardfield, the head professor, was responsible for official promotions. The May 2021 graduation brought another stripe. Students demonstrated techniques for relatives and friends, followed by live practice over Zoom during the pandemic. In March 2023, The Daily Herald’s St. Barths Open results placed Audebert second for SXM BJJ in the boys’ under-56-kilogram gi division. Gi contests use the sport’s traditional training uniform. By February 2026, Audebert was listed among SXM BJJ’s teenage athletes at the St. Barths Open.
