Ambrus Előd

Ambrus Előd helped 3K prepare three Kistelek school grapplers for national finals in 2026.

Biography

Ambrus Előd won children’s gi 40 kg at Siklós in 2015, adding bronze at no-gi 44 kg for 3K Kistelek. Representing Gracie Barra, he won the 2016 British National Junior 2 medium-heavy category, which grouped white, grey, yellow and orange belts. By June 2017, Délmagyar was reporting two Hungarian titles for the 3K youngster, in children II at 52 kg: one with the gi jacket and one without. His school also recognized the student alongside the athlete. Kistelek’s 2020 award list included him among pupils honored for both their studies and their sport. By April 2026, the same local school was naming Előd in a different role. It credited him and fellow 3K coach Nagy Márk with preparing Forgó Lionel, Kasza Benjamin and Csókási Dominik for the national school grappling finals.
