Al Anoud Al Harbi
Her academy dream centres on developing younger talent.
Biography
School introduced Al Anoud Al Harbi to jiu-jitsu; her father funded and encouraged her continuation. Sporting curiosity revealed her aptitude.
In a new weight class at the 2025 Asians, confidence and planning helped her handle an attacking semifinal opponent, she told Al Bayan. She prepared with warm water, breathing and plans reviewed with coach Marina Ribeiro.
She wanted overseas camps exploring South American and European styles; education and sports medicine also interested her.
Khaleej Times reported 2026 world gold in under-21 under-48kg Newaza.
She hoped to nurture younger talent through a women-led academy with Asma Al Hosani and Balqis Al Hashmi; no launch date was set.
